Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Please allow one business day for processing for all clothing items, and up to 2 business days for processing for shoes. Orders placed before noon ET will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after noon ET will be processed the following business day, regardless of shipping speed chosen at checkout.
Orders with FedEx Ground (Home Delivery) selected at checkout are shipped Monday through Friday and are delivered 7-days a week. Shipping methods include:
- FedEx Ground (Home Delivery) on orders over $100: Complimentary and takes 1-5 days for delivery
- FedEx Ground (Home Delivery) on orders less than $100: $10 and takes 1-5 days for delivery
- FedEx 2day: $20 and takes 2 business days for delivery
- FedEx Standard Overnight: $30 and takes 1 business day for delivery
*Please note that shipments to Hawaii are charged a flat rate of $40 for FedEx Ground and are not eligible for complimentary shipping over $100.

How To Start a Return
To request a return, you will need the Order number on your packing slip, or the Order number on your Order Confirmation Email, as well as the email address/postal code used to place your order. Once a return or exchange has been requested, you will be prompted to download a prepaid return shipping label and receive a return confirmation email with further instructions.

Domestic Returns (U.S.): Exchanges are easy and complimentary. If you wish to return your item, we deduct a $15 restocking fee from your refund total.
International Returns (Non U.S.): Please note, we do not offer international exchanges at this time; instead, return your purchase and place a new order. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total on international mail-in returns. Return shipping is dependent on your ship from location. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount upon processing. Please see below for some approximate costs.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. No exceptions. Qualifying items are marked as final sale on their product pages, at checkout, and order confirmation email. Gift Cards are considered Final Sale and not eligible for a refund back onto the original form of payment.
Please double-check your return before sending it back to us! Veronica Beard cannot be held liable for any non–Veronica Beard merchandise included in a return. Should a non-Veronica Beard item be received, we’ll reach out to let you know, but you’ll need to provide your own prepaid shipping label if you’d like the item sent back to you.
